CRAF Structure

CRAF has established a structure and is currently documenting governance procedures which will focus efforts in efficiently and effectively engaging these tasks. It operates in four cells being Executive, Research, Projects and Communications, each being headed by one of CRAF’s seven principals. A lean management structure is designed to maintain consistent communication at all levels and to apply governance principles which emphasize collaboration, transparency and accountability.
